Se completa con escritorio, armario, nevera, hervidor eléctrico, ropa de cama, mosquitera, calefacción, suelo de piedra y una zona de comedor exterior con vistas al jardín y a los trulli. La unidad está íntegramente en la planta baja y no se permite fumar.
