Une chambre triple de 25 m² aménagée dans le trullo, avec entrée privée, climatisation et TV à écran plat. La salle de bains privative comprend douche, bidet, sèche-cheveux, articles de toilette gratuits et serviettes.
S'y ajoutent un bureau, une armoire, un réfrigérateur, une bouilloire électrique, du linge de maison, une moustiquaire, le chauffage, un sol en pierre et un coin repas extérieur avec vue sur le jardin et les trulli. Le logement est entièrement de plain-pied et non-fumeurs.
